While we do accept all image file formats, we prefer PDF files if possible, exported at Press Quality. We generally do not crop or edit files, unless requested which may incur additional fees for photo editing work.

For the fastest turnaround and best service, we always recommend ordering online through one of the products listed in our navigation sections above BROWSE PRODUCTS. You can upload your file, select order options, and even leave your own notes about the order in a text box for our production team. We will contact you with any further production questions if necessary.

Alternatively, you can request to upload your file using our FILE UPLOAD ONLY product. Special account setup is required to use this product. Increased wait time may be required, and a payment made before production will begin.

There are several fast and easy ways to make print designs online in the browser. Some of these options include: CANVA, KITTL, ADOBE EXPRESS and more. When finished designing your artwork, save your file to a local disk, and then upload the file to us during the checkout process.

For more expreienced designers, we recommend using editing software tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (subscription based), Affinity Software (one time purcase) or GIMP (Open Source Free to use).

We still recommend submitting your file online by picking the closest product selection to your order, and filling in the notes section with all the details we need to complete your order as requested. Ordering online is the best way to get your order information in our production queue the fastest, and your notes will be received by our production team. Alternatively, you can upload your file using our FILE UPLOAD ONLY product, increase wait time may be required.

During online ordering, you will be able to choose what type of material you wish to print your project on, from our selection of in-house stocks. We offer a wide variety of stocks, that serve different needs, and our standard papers are speced towards the premium end to provide you the best quality produdct. Each product page, has information on the stocks provided in the description.

Custom stocks can be requested and we are usually able to source any stock type that you are looking for, given that it will print on our presses. We generally do not allow you to provide your own stocks, as it may interfere with the function of our printer for other customers.

Submitted reorders of print products may be available via your personal account for reorder upon request. Please check with our customer service for more information.

Please note: text document and document scans are not kept after printing and are periodically removed from our system for the security of our customers information.
During checkout, you will be able to selected a delivery type. Delivery can be made via pickup in store (free), local delivery (free within 5km), courier delivery or via Canada post.

Free local delivery is allowed within 5km from our retail location, and happens usually twice a week on Tuesday and Thursdays, but this is not gaurenteed. For an exact delivery time, please contact us. Local deliveries occur after our shop is closed between 7pm and before 10pm.

Paid same day courier is allowed in the GTA and is charged per KM away from our shop. Pricing and details may vary by location and timing.
Yes our system allows for companies to have several contacts, and allow for setting budgets with monthly billing. Please contact us for more information on how we can improve your companies print workflow.
For print products with edge to edge colour, we recommend allowing for .125" (3.175mm) bleed on each side of the image. This will allow us to cut the image without white edges within machine shift tollerance. Additionaly, we recoommend placeing text and important information at least .125" (3.175mm) or more away from the edge of the paper to make sure it is not cut off.
